Honda launching gearless scooters
Automobile giant Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has revealed its plans to launch more gearless scooters for the Indian market.
“We are the market leader in gearless scooters. With demand for gearless scooters to grow in the domestic market, we are upbeat on this segment. Going forward, HMSI sees 40 percent business from scooters and 60 percent from motorcycles,” HMSI President and CEO Shinji Aoyama, was quoted as saying.
Honda’s gearless scooters like Honda Activa, Honda Dio are successful models in the Indian industry. We hope the future models of Honda would also meet our expectations.
